First off is Rylee's 12 month check up! She had her check up yesterday, the 27th. She is getting so big! She now weighs a little over 19 1/2 pounds (25th percentile), is 29 1/2 inches (64th percentile), and still has a smaller head 17.6 inches (38th percentile). He said she is lean and tall! And is super healthy.
So, in a year she has gained about 12 pounds and has gotten 10 1/2 inches longer -- crazy!
She brings SO much joy and happiness to me and Kelly. We love her more than we can even describe. She makes us laugh just about every second of every day.

Here is our little family on Rylee birthday!
I told Kelly I want to start a new tradition that my parents used to do for us growing up. Coming and waking us up in the morning singing Happy Birthday - my parents also used to bring us breakfast in bed, but we won't do that til Rylee is older. :) So, on her birthday (which was on Saturday the 25th by the way) we walked in her room and started singing Happy Birthday -- and she started crying. Haha! It was so funny and I got it on video.
For breakfast I made one of Rylee's favorite - bananas and blueberries.
Here is her cute party! We had our family and a few close friends over for her party! We had cupcakes, a fun sundae bar, and sno cones! It was a way fun party. :)

Her big stack of presents right before we opened them! We got her that super cute chair! She LOVES it. It's in our front room now and she always crawls over to it and plops down like a big girl - so cute!

Kelly's aunt made this little backpack. Isn't that the cutest thing you have EVER seen?!
Pretty sure this is her favorite toy now! My aunt and uncle got her this little laptop! She loves to open it and close it haha.
Cake time! Rylee sure loved this! For a few minutes at least. :) It was my first time stacking cakes and I am pretty proud of myself! I didn't want the cake to get all messed up by frosting it (it was a bit sticky) so I decided to just put dot thingy's all over it. I think it turned out pretty cute!
This was hilarious. She turned around and stuck her arm right in the middle of the cake!
She just kept staring at her arm on the cake like she thought it was stuck haha. It was really funny.
She got it free! Along with half of the cake in her hands. 
No more Mom! I'm done! She ate a lot of it - I was pretty impressed!
She wasn't the only one that got frosting all over her. I did too! I had frosting caked ALL OVER my shirt. This was before it as all over me. :)
Rylee loved playing with these balloons all the way home! It was SUCH a fun party and thanks to my in-laws for letting us always use their yard for stuff! :) I am not gonna lie though - I am super glad that party is over haha. I got a little stressed planning the "perfect first birthday party" for Rylee. It really turned out cute and I loved it!
I will write a few things about Rylee right now.
-She LOVES to eat. Anything and everything. I told you, she is NOT a picky eater which I am extremely thankful for! I recently stopped giving her baby food and mainly just feed her things I am eating. A few things she loves I have given her is a soft taco cut up in small pieces, tuna fish, chicken nuggets, and beans and rice. For breakfast I make her a scrambled egg some mornings or french toast. I also bought frozen peas and carrots and she loves those - and fruit. I always cut up pieces of fruit and she seriously eats an entire banana in just a few minutes haha. And she LOVES water now. That has been the biggest struggle trying to get her to drink water. She would just spit it out. She now gulps it. (yay!) And she LOVES whole milk.
-She still isn't walking, just crawling. Seriously anyday now she will walk. She holds onto one finger and walks on her own she just needs to get the courage and walk on her own.
-She loves her bath. She loves to play in the bath and she got lots of bath toys for her birthday!
-She is talking alot more. She says "hi" "Dad" "uh-oh" "wassat" - while pointing at something "Papa" "ba-ba" "Mama" on occasion, and Grandma just taught her this one.. you ask, "what does the kitty say?" She says, "owww." SOOO cute! When she hears Daddy talking or the garage opening when he is getting home from work she says, "Dad? Dad?" while crawling around looking for him.
-She LOVES her stuffed bunny. Seriously her best friend. She always hugs it and loves it.
-She is definitely getting stranger danger/separation anxiety. She loves to be held right now.
-She has never been a cuddler but is definitely getting more cuddly and loves to be snuggled way more than ever before which I am LOVING!!
-Just about a week and a half ago she decided she didn't want a 5-6 a.m. bottle anymore! She sleeps straight through until about 8!
-She is a really good sleeper now! Still goes down at 7:30 and sleeps straight through the night til 8. Her morning nap and afternoon nap are at least 2 hours now!!
-She is getting way too big too fast!!!
And last but not least -- Rylee's 1 year pictures! My friend took them and did an AMAZING job! Here are a few of my favorites!
She seriously did an AMAZING job. I love them so much. They just show her cute little personality. I just love the ones of her pointing. She is constantly pointing at something saying, "wassat."
